Your document stays yours

The whole service is built on one rule: your file remains your file. That's not a feature — it's the foundation.

  • Single-use code

    No print without the code in your hand — and it expires the moment it's used.

  • The shop can't open your file

    Your file stays encrypted and sealed until you scan the code yourself, in person.

  • Auto-deleted

    24 hours after printing, your file is permanently erased from our servers.

  • Your money is protected

    If the printer is down or the job fails, you're refunded automatically.

What can I print on Warqti?

PDF and Word files, and images. Upload from your phone or computer, and see the page count and price before paying.

How long is the pickup code valid?

The code has a validity window shown with a clear countdown on your pickup screen. If it expires before you collect, you can request a refund from your account.

What if the shop can't print my file?

If the printer is down or the job fails, we refund you automatically to your credit — no need to contact anyone.

Can anyone open my file?

No. Your file is encrypted from the moment you upload it, and the shop can only open it when you scan your code in front of them. 24 hours after printing it's permanently deleted.

How do I pay?

Card, Vodafone Cash, Fawry, or InstaPay. Everything is paid online before you go — at the shop you only collect.
